Guest guest
I love pasta, too. Here's the general rule (from the WW books). 1 c. cooked noodles is 3 pts. That's what I use for all pasta. There is some ff marinara sauce that you can buy and it's 1 pt for 1/4 cup. So you can have spaghetti w/marinara for dinner and use 4 pts. The regular marinary is about 3 pts for 1/4 c. there is also ff parmasean cheese which i sprinkle lightly and don't count. > Cooked Spaghetti, 1 cup = 3 points > > Holly > Pasta Points > > > Need some help figuring pasta points... I love spaghetti.. and think its quick and easy with some tomatoes over it.. add other veggies.. atleast i can stomach some there... so.. how many points is like 1/2 c of the noodles... all the packages i have are by precooked weights.. in ounces and i dont have a scale.. can someone give me a close approximation in cups? thanx ! > I read this article that said the typical symptoms of stress are: eating > too much, impulse buying, and driving too fast. Are they kidding? That > is my idea of a perfect day! > > >
