Yes, that is pretty much how things were in my former group, and the ones I have moderated in the past. I just wanted to insure that I did not offend anyone here.. thank you for the clarification.

Hi Sweetie,

I wanted to straighten the rule out for you! The rule really pertains to getting into Religious or Political discussions or posting such material. That is because we don't all share the same beliefs and it always ends up in discord and hurt feelings on the group.

It does NOT mean you can not ask for or receive prayers. All we ask is that you state in the subject line what it is (Just as you did!) for the ones that do not wish to read these type posts. That way they are forewarned and can simply hit the delete key. That way NO ONE is offended. If they get offended when it is STATED in the subject line that it contains spiritual material then they only have themselves to blame for reading it. If it's in a digest they can simply scroll to the next post. If they pay attention to the headers at the top of the letter they will know it's there before they get there. So please NEVER hesitate to ask for prayers or let someone know you are praying for them. Generally I ask for prayers, thoughts, well wishes or light a candle what ever the READING PERSON believes in. For they all have the same affect it's all about caring and compassion. So the rule does NOT apply to prayers.

Just no discussions on religious beliefs or quoting bible verses or giving your take on politics. Just PLEASE remember to warn the readers what your post contains in the subject line. Don't simply RE:to a digest. Please take time to erase the subject line and type your own header. This way no one has reason to get offended. I just want to make it fair for all because we have all beliefs here. Right down to NON believers and that is their right.

You did EXACTLY the way we ask for it to be done so please don't feel that you have to apologize to anyone. You did absolutely NOTHING wrong Hun. And I want to Thank You at least for my part of it LOL.
