Guest guest
I am not sure if I spelled that correctly. I wanted to buy some today and saw all these warnings about not taking it if you have a shellfish allergy. I am afraid I am developing one. I had a itchy, swelly, coughy type thoat experience eating some grilled calamari several months ago. Also, when I was pregnant with my daughter three years ago I seemed to get sick the next day after eating shrimp. I was allergy tested a couple of months ago and was 1+ for lobster, but 0 to other shellfish. My husband is allergic to shellfish and my kids have multiple allergies so we just stay away from it. Why does this supplement cause problems with people with this allergy? I am wondering if it is worth trying a little bit to see what happens. I have heard it is really good stuff. Also, what recommendations do you have for better quality sleep? Melatonin? Anything else? Any good sleep drugs? Thanks,
