Thanks Val. I do know that hydrochlorothyazide is used as a diuretic. It very

well know in our sulfite group to be a problem. But you are saying that I can

get triamterene by itself and it will still be effective?

In another post you mentioned that 98.0 is not a good afternoon temp? Do we

want it at 98.6 or what?

I haven't neeeded sea salt in about 7 months now,. SO I just salt my food as always and if I crave salty foods I make up a glass os sea salted water, but i really have not been drinkingi t. I didnt know that..maybe thats reason for taking electrolytes in a balanced fashion?

I want to order the elecrolyte panel from econo labs for 22 dollars.Is this the right test? Now, do you suggest, fisrt thing am, only water? and should I have low anything the day before?

I also want to order the ft3..its pricy, but I thought since I have checked inwhile it would be good. Is tsh important at all to include?
