Guest guest
ROFL! Computers I can do.....cars.....well, that's a whole 'nother story I know my hubby thinks I'm blonde when it comes to cars. You're right - put the key in, turn it and go! Gas? I can handle.....everything else....forget it! My son checks my oil for me - too bad he didn't check the power steering fluid too haha! My van was making a funny "twisting rubber band" sound. THAT'S NOT a power steering sound! Power steering is supposed to be whiney right? LOL Wrong! after I whined about it for a few weeks hubby finally checked into it - checked the fluid......BONE DRY!!!.....It's filled now, but it still makes that noise....sigh....guess it's wrecked huh? One of our challenges for this week is to do something special for ourselves LOL.....I'm still trying to figure out, not only WHAT to do, but WHEN to be able to do it. Calgon is actually not an option since I have to move 2 airplanes and 3 helicopters out of my tub ROFL! hmmm.....I'll think of something though Melody Moris, LeaderTOPS #TX 1454, Pleasantonhttp://www.texastops.org Re: Clara/ARRGH! ROLL CALL...I'M BAAACCKK! Hey, Melody - - I think you're pretty smart for being able to do all of that computer stuff for yourself!! I'm a real dummy when it comes to doing anything "mechanical"!! If something doesn't work, I have to call my husband to "fix" it - computer, car or otherwise! All I know how to do is hit the buttons (or turn the key) - - and it's supposed to work!! Hope you got your Calgon Break!! ClaraEMAIL TEXAS-STYLE!!

Guest guest
ahhh I wish! maybe someday, but surely not any time soon I used to get my nails done every 2 weeks, but all that came to a screeching halt when our truck blew up and put us out of business.....these days laundry soap and toilet paper are my luxuries LOL I'm thinking either a long hot shower (uninterrupted) or sleep LOL hmmm....maybe both? Melody Moris, LeaderTOPS #TX 1454, Pleasantonhttp://www.texastops.org Re: Clara/ARRGH! ROLL CALL...I'M BAAACCKK! Melody - - to pamper yourself, go get a manicure or pedicure or massage!! If you've never had a massage, you're really missing out! I have a daughter-in-law who just finished massage therapy school - and it is HEAVENLY to relax and let somebody work on you! I'd never had one until she started doing this, but I highly recommend it to everybody!! I used to go to the chiropractor for my aches and pains - - now I go to massage!!! Guest guest
Thank you Clara! It really was a nice day - doing the "me" thing never quite works out, but this time it did!
