Guest guest
Hi honey, It doesn't sound like things will move too fast. I'm thinking end of the year, beginning of next for listing. Sounds like a double lung transplant is what they are thinking at this point in time. I really feel that this will work in God's time and I'm going to just let things flow as best as I can. It is a scary proposition, but I am blessed that I have this as an option. I'm still planning on meeting up with you guys, God willing. If we could set a firm date and I can make travel arrangements, that would be good. It would be so awesome any one that could join us. Did we decide definately on CHattanooga?? This is a great opportunity to let everyone know that I will be away next week. No phones, no computers!! Yikes. I am going to miss you all terribly. Joyce has kindly said she would monitor the board, We'll just take this journey one day at a time and I'm thankful I have so many folks praying for me. OF course, I pray for all of you daily. At least we have each other to hang on to and share stories with and vent our crazy frustrations and feelings. I love you all back...... You know that I will be praying and so will many others all over the country. Are you still going to go on your vacation next week? Did they give you any other information or will it be addressed during the classes. Is Mike and the kids behind you in this? We all love you... Hugs, Joyce D.>> Hi everyone,> > Just saw the lung transplant doctor today. The news is we have to meet with the surgeon next month, then go for lung transplant classes and then I am going to get listed. My lungs are operating Righ lung 65% and left lung 35%. These numbers are from the heart cath, I think. I met two success stories in the waiting room. One gentleman was transplanted in 2000 and doing very well. He was in the hospital 14 days and back to work in a month. He had alpha 1. The other gentlemen was transplanted two years ago in the hospital for FIVE days back to work in two months! He had sarcoidosis. Both looked fabulous. > > Leanne uip 1/03> > > ---------------------------------> Got a little couch potato? > Check out fun summer activities for kids.> Building a website is a piece of cake. Yahoo!
