Guest guest
> >Hi Nick, I have same exact T3 it sounds like, we probably got it from the same source. Its Cynomel 25.mcgs mailed from Thailand but it is French , all the wording is in French. Sounds like the same supplier then. The Greater Pharma " armour " that they sell works well for me too, better than the real thing. They use Armour as a generic name over there! Guest guest
> >>Good news Nick! People are often amazed at the ease of transition form >>Natural thyroid to T3. Following up on myself I ended up talking 150 yesterday spread in 6 doses through the day. If I felt I was slumping and my pulse was OK I took another one. I took the last one around 7pm and slept well last night feeling good when I woke So far this is working well for me, I'll see what today brings, the weekends are times I do physical things and weekdays I drive a desk and need to think. I'll keep you all posted Nick

If I felt I was slumping and my pulse was OK I >took another one. Day 2, needed a lot less today, the T3 seems to be staying in my system well. Ended up taking 75mcg today and that was plenty. My daytime pulse went up and I tried the glass of salt water which seemed to make a difference, more experimentation required there. I had quite a bit of energy and focus today, generally doing will on the T3 I think. Nick

LOL LOL, I've been on a total replacement dose for long enough to shut my own production right down and that makes things simpler I hope. Hopefully I can get a stable dose inside a few days and then just track it down as the T4 fades, nice theory anyway. Thanks for the support, I wouldn't recommend other people doing it the way I am but it seems to be working for me and I've got a pretty good handle on my metabolism and know what the lower edge of hyper feels like so I don't go far over the threshold. I'd hate to dose on T4, it must be like stopping a supertanker instead of a car with everything happening that slowly, a few hours/days makes it much safer finding the upper edge.
