Guest guest
I am so sorry you were sick.....and you are right when you loose after being sick, it is easy to put it back on since most of it was fluids......but I love you optimism.....at least you didn't put it all back........so take that and make it another loss next week! Guest guest
I am sorry ! But like you said it will even out next week! Hang in there! Elaine Roll Call- My area captain brought us a new scale today. As expected every member in the whole chapter had a gain, not just a gain but LARGE gains. I gained 8 pounds. Since I know the reason I am not upset about it. Next week it will all even out. We all knew this would happen but this is a more accurate scale than what we were using I'm sure. I'll be weighing in tonight with a big ol' gain, and the only excuse that I have is portion control issues! I'm so anal, I probably would've insisted on weighing in on BOTH scales, just to know what the actual difference was. When my previous chapter disbanded back at the end of March, I stopped by my old meeting place on the way to my new chapter, so that I could weigh in on both scales. My old scale was apparently 2 pounds "friendlier" than the one at my new chapter. Enjoy your new digital scale. Does it weigh to the tenth, or quarter of a pound?
