In order to celebrate Customer Service Month (October) my company is feeding

us. [Oh, how nice]

Look at what I have to look forward to during my 7a-6p shift:

Wednesday, October 3 - LUNCH (12:00 Noon)

Meal will consist of make your own hoagies, soup, salad, chips, and pickle

tray. Dessert will be a " Make Your Own " ice cream sundae bar.

Friday, October 5 - BREAKFAST (6:00 am)

Meal will consist of scrambled eggs, waffles, home fries, bacon, toast and

juice. Dessert will be a " Make Your Own " ice cream sundae bar.

Tuesday, October 9 - DINNER (6:00 p.m.)

Meal will consist of make your own hoagies, soup, salad, chips and pickle

tray. Dessert will be a " Make Your Own " ice cream sundae bar.

They're having a Chili Cook-off on October 11, which I plan on entering,

with prizes for the following categories: hottest, healthiest, most

flavorful, best overall.

I've found that I survive the weekends at home because I rarely enter my

kitchen. If I need water, I get it from the bathroom. My husband does most

of the cooking and this weekend my son decided to have his hand at it, too.

I do well at work because I bring only certain portions. I'm going to need

willpower to survive these next two weeks with all of this food.
