Re: Hysteroscopic resection

Hi. I'm new to the list but had a hysteroscopic resection summer 1999 so can

share some experience. I had about a dozen submucosal fibroids removed. My

main symptoms prior were bleeding all month, anemia and painful clotting.

Recovery was pretty easy and it worked for about a year and a half.

I was really afraid that when the symptoms came back that it was because the

fibroids had regrown (I'm 33), but that doesn't seem to have happened.

Instead, I now have an intramural fibroid, 6x6, that can't be taken out via

hysteroscopic resection, so now I'm considering UAE or mymomectomy.
