I think the shared files on has a few tools. I made one up

myself. If you have Microsoft Excel, go to http://www.OnMyWeigh.com and

click on the Tools button. There you can download my points counter.

I subscribe to etools and I love the recipe builder feature that allows you

to enter your recipes and get the points. I think some people also use

Mastercook?

Hey !

Im downloading your tools, thanx! this is what ive done so far with the recipes ive made... cuz i havent really cooked major stuff. I have taken ea ingredient and found its points total and then added all the ingredients points up and divided by the number of servings the recipe makes... thats my points per servings. Is that accurate also?

TIA

That's what my recipe tool does, actually. I'm going to change it around a

little I think... to be a bit more accurate but I don't think it will even

change the points of a serving by a full point... just fractions.

Congrats on the size 4...seeing your picture has given me hope!! I

also long for the day when my thights don't rub together when I

walk...and I can already tell a difference!

When I went to the website, however, the buttons did not appear. Has

anyone had that problem before? In Microsoft Internet Explorer I got

an error that told me the 'activeX controls' weren't enabled so the

webpage would not display correctly. Does anyone know what I need to

do to fix this??

Thanks!!

Well, the buttons use shockwave so yeah, you need to have activeX enabled. I'm not sure how to do that though. Do you have the latest version of I.E.? Try going straight to my photos page... the rest of the pages don't use buttons, they use text links, so you should be able to get to the other pages from there... http://www.onmyweigh.com/photos.html
