Guest guest
, I have been reading messages from this group for a few months without joining the conversation since I usually don't have much time. I just wanted to let you know that I am doing the WW At Home program and I really like it. I have fallen off the wagon lately but I haven't gotten discouraged because I know that eating this way is something I can do if I put my mind to it. I have not gained any because I think I am still keeping some of the good habits that I have gained from doing the program. Get support where you can from friends, e-mail buddies, etc. I have some friends that I work with who go to WW so that helps me out with support. I also read these posts and visit the WW site just to keep my mind on what I am doing. I love the Winning Points. It is so easy to calculate and I have been more successful on this plan than any other. I feel for you being without your husband and having small children but look at this as an opportunity to not only start a new life in another country but to start a new you. By the time you meet up with your husband he will be thrilled with the what he sees and you will be happier too. Good luck and feel free to e-mail me. BJ > Hi. Guest guest
, Welcome to the group!!! We have a lot of support and encouragement here! I do ww at home (I bought all the stuff from the meetings and then stopped attending) and use this board, as well as a couple of others for the support. So far, it is working great!!! I have been a stay at home mom (the past 11 years--11 year old son, 10 year old son, and 3 year old daughter) until this last August, when I started working at my kids school. I joined ww at the end of May 2001, and so far I have lost 37 pounds and still have about another 30 pounds to go. During the summer, the kids and I would all go to the park and walk the track there. They also like to use my orbitrek that I bought over the summer, we see who can go the longest. We have all the extra things here under the files (over in the left margin <--) to help you on your journey. YOU CAN DO IT!!!!! We are here to help you along the way! Maureen > Hi.
