Guest guest Posted December 31, 2000 Report Share Posted December 31, 2000 I just read a post on another Atkins Board I am on that potato skins are low carb...and that it is the white filling of the potato that are carb-loaded. Does anyone have any info on this?? I ADORE potato skins and would love to re-add them to my diet after the next 2 weeks of re-induction.
