I was on 2.5 mg of estrogen twice daily (5 mg per day), but I was one of the lucky ones with no side effects - no moodiness, no bloating, no sore boobs, nothing. Everyone is different, but I wanted to let you know that maybe you will be lucky and not have any probs either. Good luck!
