Pulmocare and Muscular dystrophy

I received a call from a Mom who's 42 year old son has Muscular Dystrophy, is

vent dependent, and exclusively on 1250 calories/day of pulmocare. He is very

hungry and gaining weight. The obvious answer is to give him less but nutrient

intake will be marginal hunger elevated. I would like any suggestions.
