Guest guest Posted October 5, 2001 Report Share Posted October 5, 2001 Ok - I had my weigh in last night. I felt terrible going in... you know, bloated, uncomfortable, fat... I gained 2 pounds!!! It wasn't a surprise. I could feel it when I went in. It's amazing how in-tune with my body I have become. I stayed on plan, but obviously something is going wrong. I looked at my old journals and can see that my best weeks were all-together lower on carbs, and higher on veggies and dairy. So.... this week I'm going to push veggies, and try to limit my carbs (specifically sweets). I'm also going to increase my water. I've noticed that some days I drink a lot and some days I don't drink any. I'm so glad that I've kept my journals. Hopefully I'll have better news next week.
