I can do that! Only I will substitute green tea for coffee as I don't like

coffee. So you aren't having bacon and eggs and that kind of thing? Sounds

like you are keeping the fats down too? I was going to buy some hot dogs

yesterday for nibbling but they had FOUR carbs each...way too much I

thought. Maybe there is a better brand? These were Gualtney and is all the

supermarket had.

I have a lot of leftover ham...and thank goodness, out of laziness I froze

part of it with the bone so now I can make some soup. Did someone post a

recipe for this? If you did, what is it called and if you didn't could you

please???? Cabbage and ham...yum! I figure I can throw potatoes in the

DH's share and he will be happy with this too.

Am thinking soup at night will be good...not to heavy a meal and can be

filling.
