Guest guest Posted September 28, 2001 Report Share Posted September 28, 2001 Hi! I just weighed in this morning, I'm down 2.5 for total of 19.3 loss. I hit my 10% goal! I am now down to my pre-pregnancy weight (before my 1st son). I am so happy!! My clothes are now either fitting better or are getting too big! Here's some advise: Drink you water! Eat your fruits and veggies (grapes are a great snack 40=1 cup=1point) Journal everything! Figure out dinner the night before, so you know what you can eat the rest of the day.
