Guest guest Posted December 31, 2000 Report Share Posted December 31, 2000 from ww chef Oven-Baked Chicken a la Rufus 2-3 lbs choice chicken pieces garlic salt crushed oregano leaves crushed thyme leaves paprika fresh black pepper Clean chicken and lay it on brown paper. Sprinkle generously with all seasonings, especially garlic salt, and allow it to sit for about 15 minutes to absorb the flavors. Place chicken pieces in a casserole, cover and bake at 400F for about 30 minutes. Uncover and bake about 10 minutes longer until pieces are lightly browned but not dried out. Serves 4-6.
