Well, the weather is frightful here. It isn't snowing anymore, and we may

only have about 5 inches on the ground altogether, but it is cold, cold,

cold! I'm preparing two low-carb soups for this week today. With the

carcass and thighs and legs from the Christmas turkey (I freeze this on

Christmas night), I'm making a turkey soup with celery, spinach and alittle

cabbage. I'm also making polish sausage and cabbage soup. It'll be a good,

cozy meal today and we'll have great dinner for several days.
