Guest guest
I think maybe one reason that I lose slow is because I don't always spend my points on " healthy " foods. But if I tried to only eat those foods than I would not stick to it and would not lose anything! I need my sweets and am more than willing to spend my points on them! > >Reply-To: wwliterside >To: wwliterside >Subject: Re: Spending points on BAD food ??? >Date: Sun, 14 Oct 2001 15:31:27 -0000 > > > >As long as you stay within your points, you are supposed to be able >to lose.
