Guest guest
I had some little headaches before I started the supplements for my sleep difficulty according to my journal. But since I started the supplements I have gotten stronger, can go up stairs with not so much trouble, think and feel better. But the last few days the headaches have gotten worse. And my standing Bp is starting to go down the last couple of days. It had been really good till the last few days and it is going down on a regular basis now. That is what made me think of hypo or maybe the HC. I thought one or both may need to be raised. But I will talk to Leisa as I only took rhodiola yesterday morning without tyrosine and I still had bad headache all night. I know you cant take the herbs, but you sure know about HC & thyroid. > n the reason I have stayed out of this thread is I knwo nothing of > the herbals you are taking. Guest guest
n, remind us why you are taking part armour/part t3? Subject: Re: Sleep difficulty supplementsTo: RT3_T3 Date: Wednesday, May 6, 2009, 11:34 PM Val as you have probably been reading I have been having headaches. I cut out the tyrosine today and took only rhodiola 500 mg. Headache still persisted and still have some tonite. The pollen count is high also here. I have come down from 40mg hc end of January, I am now down to 22.5 mg. I have not changed my Armour of 90mg and 25mcg of Cytomel. My last blood test in March was 3.6 (2.4-4.9)and 0.6 T4 (0.6-1.2) and I haven't changed it because of starting the supplements for the neurotransmitters. I was low in epinephrine, norepinephrine, and very low in serotonin. I am now taking 1500 of tryptophan at nite, and 500 rhodiola. Was also taking 500 tyrosine until today. Could it be the thyroid causing this then? Should I up my armour 30mgs or should I just wait till I get the results back of the blood test I need to take May 11th? I need your expertise here Val, I trust you cause you know more about the HC & thyroid than most. The other girls have been loads of help also, thanks girls. Oh I am still taking sea salt, so my sodium should be fine, it wasn't far off in January.> headaches often have to do with fluid balance so sodium increase can > help, but also thye can be from hypothyroid or sinus or allergy.
