I too am confused on the popcorn issue, I gave it up I got so confused and the sodium was killing me as well. If anyone knows a good low sodium and low points one let me know.

Confused about Popcorn!

If there's one thing about the WW points system I just don't get, it's Popcorn!!

I have the snack size bags of Pop Secret Light Butter.

The Complete food companion is listed like this:

Pop Secret Light Butter (snack size) 1 cup = 0 points

The box says:

Serv Size 1/4 cup (43g) unpopped (makes 6 cups popped)

Servings Per Box 5

There is no way that little bag was 6 cups!

Anyone help????
