Vitamins & other ramblings

Kari,

I usually order various Puritan's pride vitamins. They don't make me sick

to my tummy the way some brands do. They have a fabulous sale about 2 times

a year. Buy 1 get 1 free or buy 2 get 3 free! I usually stock up then, but

am low on some things now and can't remember when the sale is. I think it

is Jan / July, so I may hold off for a few days.....would like to make it

worth my while, if you know what I mean!

Way to go!! You are doing fabulous! Now if I could just get to that darn

treadmill!

Gonna go guzzle more of the 3rd liter of water.
