Hi all you cute and slender Atkids (at least to me you are),

Mom is back and LC'ing it to within an inch of it's life. I'M SICK OF

FAT, FAT, FAT!!!

Anyway, now that I have vented my frustration, here is a tip for anyone

who is MSG allergic like me. Soy and all soy products will give you the

reaction just like MSG. This I learned the hard way. Being a lover of fish

and sardines I would get them packed in oil. It would usually be soy oil of

course. Also, if the lable says " hydrogenated this or that " it will effect

you the same way so watch out for that word. So always check. Hey guys,

they are slipping it to us anyway they can. And Dr.s try to say that the

MSG reaction is all in our heads, just like morning sickness. It's in our

heads, all right, but in the form of migraines.

Hope you had good holidays and the coming year is GREAT for all of you

and all your dreams of slenderness come true. (Mine too)

Love from your Mom Pudge (the motivated one) (now I've got to work on the

exercise) Gosh and you wonder why I'm never bored now that I'm retired.
