Why do I suddenly feel better??

thanks for telling me about stress dosing. Although the flu had started i

doubled up most of my doses and the flu resolved.

I actually have already reduced back to my original dose. I read that if the

stress dosing lasts only 3 days you can do that. is it right?

Another strange thing: the 2 days after the flu i felt really energetic: could

this be the result of the hc i took? But today i still feel energetic. Is it

the t3 suddenly working or could it have been the extra hc pushed the t3 into

the cells?
