Very GOOD day...

Today was one of those exceptionally good days. I know I will see some inches going bye-bye tomorrow!

Breakfast:

2 fried eggs

2 slices corned beef

Lunch:

One Can Tuna w/Mayo About 10 porkrinds

1 C. Jell-O

Dinner:

Ham

Spinach w/sour cream (thank you Joya...it was SOOO good!!)

Jell-O (again :)

Water:

160 ounces and still drinking.

I am sure there will be one last snack for the evening...I will try to keep it low carb!
