Guest guest
Oh, sure! If you can still lose and so the shakes, then go right ahead! Each of us will probably have to tailor our own challenge to our own needs. I don't lose if I do the shakes. At first I do, but not after that. Guest guest
Ok, will try for no bread tomorrow. I think that may be doable. Will have eggs and bacon for breakfast, just to get me going and see what that does. Sorry you are having a bad day also Joya. I am not sleeping either but it is not from protein. Although when I do go back to low carbing i will have about two weeks of not being able to sleep. So three to five days of carb withdrawal, several weeks of not sleeping, great things to look forward to. corky corky ok corky now you are over the holidays and back from your trip and you have to get to work on this way of eating again .. so post and let us know your plans so we can be here for you catherinePlease visit our homepage at http://members.xoom.com/AChallengersYou will find information, recipes, before and after pictures. To contact the list owner please send mail to lindag@...Visit our 2000 Train Tour Site - http://www.brunnet.net/k & l/web_site_train_tour/actraintour.htmPlease visit our homepage at http://members.xoom.com/AChallengersYou will find information, recipes, before and after pictures. To contact the list owner please send mail to lindag@...Visit our 2000 Train Tour Site - http://www.brunnet.net/k & l/web_site_train_tour/actraintour.htm
