Carla - there is a new procedure out there being done that is non-

invasive, no prep required, and takes (so they say) only about twenty

minutes. We have a new health center here in columbus that is doing

many different non-invasive scans. they have an open MRI, too, which

i think must be interesting. i don't know if insurance covers it or

not, and i guess that would depend if anyone in your area is doing

it, etc. otherwise, the prep hasn't changed - there's still that

lovely gallon of semi liquid yuk to drink. the

advertised " refreshing mineral water taste " was a lie. it's

definitley mind over matter - and what you don't mind, doesn't

matter! think good thoughts!

and speaking of thoughts...Vaughn, chicken feathers? chickens?

weren't you taught never to play with your food? get a grip,

man.

oh, sorry - grips seem to be a problem, lately. Oh, and the only

problem i have at atms is in the winter - when you pull up somewhere,

and find the window is frozen. that's always a joy. and my money

never goes in my pure - it usually goes straight to a teen age son,

or direct to a husband's wallet (emergency fund - you never know when

a new fishing lure might jump in front of him!!)

Ronnie, how big are these spots? are they permanent, or do they

fade, then reappear? i'm almost afraid to ask, but do you have them

any place else? (i just figured out which key on my board is going to

die first - the backspace key. my typing is pathetic!)

okay, i'll shut up.(why do i hear raccous applause?)everyone take

care, and i'm pulling for you. we're all in this together. (me and

Red Green)

yours in Him,

Tanniyny
