Guest guest Posted September 29, 2011 Report Share Posted September 29, 2011 My firm has been retained to find a talented R & D Food Scientist for an exciting position with a company serving a rapidly growing segment of the food and beverage industry. The Scientist will have a key role in managing and developing new food products from initial concept through commercialization. These products can be applied to industrial, food service, and/or retail markets. The successful candidate will be able to understand customer requirements, consumer insights, food science, and production processes. You will be able to translate that knowledge into new products and improvement of existing products. You will also be a technical resource identifying and leading cross functional team projects. We are looking for candidates who: Understand consumer and customer insights; prefer a hands-on role; enjoy lab bench work in food product development; have experience partnering with business teams to develop food/beverage products; possess a bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field; 4+ years applicable food and beverage product development experience.
