Guest guest
Does anybody have a worksheet or site that points me to the appropriate usage of condiments? I'm trying not to reinvent the wheel. Guest guest
A condiment use is a guideline chart for kitchen staff to know what condiment goes with what foods. For example there are those traditional ones, like cinnamon or paprika, but nobody seems to explore the limitless abundance of herbs and spices and their use to enhance foods flavors instead of salt. , perhaps you can tap the expertise of the spices companies such as Macormick. They have some of that. I participated in the development of one chart but cannot share bc it's someone else's intellectual property, so I'm sorry I can't help. I am scratching my head in curiosity.
