Guest guest Posted November 23, 2011 Report Share Posted November 23, 2011 Hello everybody, Thank you all for the warm welcome,I'm having some questions and I thought It will be a good idea to listen to the experts here, so my trainer at the gym asked me to write a diet plan for her, she is fit but she wants to increase muscle mass, she is 158cm,55kg and she excersie around 3-4 hours per day. oh and she is lactose intolerance. I took her 24hour recall and she eats around 1200 kcal per day only ! she needs more than 2000 according to my calculations so how can I give her 2000kcal and at the same time prevent her from gaining more weight(mainly I want to prevent increase in fat)?
