No offense taken ,  I haven't had time to watch it myself, but had

heard good things about it from other RDs, and since the expiration date was

coming up soon, decided to post it.   I can't comment on it until I see it.

As far as selling supplements, many RDs sell supplements too, and that doesn't

automatically discredit anyone or prove a bias.  Anyway, I don't want to derail

the conversation into one about supplements, but just to say don't throw the

baby out with the bathwater, especially those that haven't watched the full

video yet.

I clicked on the  " detox "  clip - always interested to hear the " real truth " . I

learned that omgosh - drinking 1-2 liters of water before doing anything in the

morning is the answer (or part of). One person lost 15 " yes 15! " pounds in a

DAY, " yes a DAY! " he was pooping 12 times. Sign me up.

(Sorry ...no doubt they preach limited processed food etc, etc;  And I

agree we're an over RXd society but when I see that?...and then the answer is

supplementation?)

Perhaps they funded this themselves to " appear " unbiased...however they have

MUCH to gain. As Mark noted they sell numerous supplements and other products on

their website.

Thanks and you make a good point. Yes people can evaluate themselves.

And I also don't want to get into a convo about supplements. I believe in

them...just not the useless ones.
