how do I do that? I do not know if my doctor will write me a script cause she doesnt know much about it. I live in a small rural area. Any suggestions on showing her proof or something on rt3 so I can convince her. Thank you for your help

Your ratio of FT3 to RT3 is way too low. Yours is 15.2 and needs to be at least 20 for good health and thyroid functioning. This is called RT3 Dominance.
