From the AccuWeather Low-Fat Cookbook Moist & Chewy Brownies 1/4 cup plus 1 Tbsp. unbleached flour1/4 cup oat bran1/3 cup cocoa powder3/4 cup sugar1/4 cup instant nonfat milk powder1 pinch baking soda1/4 cup chocolate syrup3 egg whites1 tsp. vanilla extract1/3 cup chopped walnuts (optional) Combine flour, oat bran, cocoa, sugar, milk powder and baking soda in a large bowl; mix well. Stir in the chocolate syrup, egg whites and vanilla extract. Fold in nuts if desired. Coat an 8"x8" pan with nonstick cooking spray. Spread batter evenly in pan and bake at 325 degrees for 23 minutes or just until edges are firm and center is almost set. Cool to room temperature, cut into 2" squares and serve. Makes 16 servings. Nutritional facts per serving: 71 calories, 0.4g fat, 0 cholesterol, 2g protein, 1g fiber, 28 mg sodium. Weight Watchers Points: 1 pt per serving
