Hi all, I have been on digest for over a year now and really haven't

had time to read very many. A lot has happen in the past 14 months

including my weight gain. I just got on the scales this morning and

weighed in at a wopping 220!!!

I have to get this weight off and keep it off. So as of today I am

back. My Dad (almost 90) now lives with us and loves things like

homemade bread, pies, cookies, desserts, candy, need I say more. And

gets very upset if I do not eat it with hime. I do not miss these

things when they are not in the house.

I also have a a bit of stress with my job. All good stress but still

stress. I am a Kay Consultant who spent the year 2000 qualifying

for my fifth free Red Grand Am and then building my team into a Unit.

I am now a new Sales Director with Kay!!! My husband and I leave

for Dallas on the 13th and will not have a lot of control over what I

eat as you eat what is given to you at our conventions, but I would

like to get my first 2 weeks " under my belt " before we leave so I can

have better control while down there.

I also have a few things going on with my kids and gradnchildren so

Will be reading your posts often to keep me on track. Might not post

myself much as am very busy, but will be reading all of your.

This plan works, I lost over 50 lbs when I was on it before, before

everything went crazy, so am planing on losing atleast 80 lbs this

thime and leekping it off.

After I get to 140, I will decide if I want to lose more. Thank you

for your support in advance and good luck to all of you.

I am not sure how, but please add me to the chubby challange? And

what is going on as far as reporting in?

Thanks again
