way, did you try the frappachino yet?

too. I really need to limit them during my week because once I start

eating I find it difficult to stop!! When I first started WW I

stopped drinking sodas also. I *hated* water and I had to force

myself to drink the minimum. After a couple of weeks I noticed I

craved water and was drinking a lot of it so I started buying the

33oz bottles and now I can drink up to 4 of them depending on how

warm I am!! The first time I had a soda after that it was just nasty

so I rarely have soda now. When we go out I have iced tea!! Of

course, my morning must start with a cup of coffee!! Have a great day
