Using banked points?

Hi gang,

I am fairly new to the group so I guess I should have introduced

myself. My name is Kim and I live in the San Francisco Bay Area. I

am married, no children (one of my main resasons for wanting to lose

weight is to have a happy and healthy pregnancy), and 3 cats. I work

full time - until my company goes under that is!

Anyway, I just wanted to know if most people find they use their

banked points or not. I am such a slow loser (only 12 pounds since

March 01). Don't get me wrong, I am not looking for a quick fix or

anything but I have to wonder if the reason why I am not losing as

quickly as most people is because I use my banked points every week.

I am in the 18-23 point range and earn 4 points per day six days a

week in exercise. DH and I usually go out to eat on Saturday nights

where I pretty much have whatever I want, but in moderation. For

instance on Saturday I did have the Chili's bonless buffalo wings but

only 2 of them instead of 7! So you get the picture I am sure.

Suddenly it hit me that maybe I should only use my banked points one

or two times a month. Just wondering if anyone else has had

experience in using the banked points vs. not using the banked

points.
