It is always harder because you have less fat mass when you are closer to your goal. That is why some of us think we need to get our weight lower than we actually do. I always ask patients at the start what is their weight in size not pounds. Because there is so much inch loss with this diet you may actually be able to get into your goal size and not need to get as low on the scale. In addition, if you are not exercising, start!
