Welcome to RSD-CRPS Of America When you joined the group, you are automatically set up for 'Individual Emails' unless you selected a different option but you can change this at any time to one of the other options that are explained below.MESSAGE DELIVERY Individual EmailsMessages are delivered one at a time to your email inbox. This is the best option if you want to keep up on the latest posts immediately. Email attachments, if included in a message will be sent directly to you. Daily DigestMessages are delivered in batches of 25 or daily, whichever comes sooner. This is the best option if you want to receive fewer mail messages and don't need up-to-the minute posts in your inbox. Email attachments are not available in digests. You will need to go to our Yahoo Group home site to view the attachments but this is very easy to do. See below for instructions.Only Special AnnouncementsWe do not currently use this option. No Mail / Web OnlyThis option allows you to read the messages at the Yahoo Group home site and also allows you to put email message delivery on hold, for example while you are on vacation. In order to change your delivery method, follow these steps:1. Go to: RSD-CRPSofAmerica

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/RSD-CRPSofAmerica/2. Click on Edit My Membership3. Under the section titled 'Message Delivery' select the option you want.4. Click on 'Save Changes' at the bottom of the screen. If you selected 'No email,' if you have selected 'Daily Digest' and need to view attachments or need to search the archives, you will need to go to RSD-CRPSofAmerica http://groups.yahoo.com/group/RSD-CRPSofAmerica/

when ever necessary. Also remember that all of our messages are maintained in our archives and can be viewed at any time for reference by going to our Yahoo Group home site and clicking on Messages. You can also search for specific information using search criteria.

Hi

If you got to either the group home page or to yahoo home page, and

click on my groups/group. It will bring up a list of all the groups

you are in.

Then if you click on Edit my groups you will be taken to a page that

has several different list: Group Name, Yahoo Profile,

Email address, Message Deliviey, and a Leave Group tick box.

Find the group you wish to change the email setting for, and under

Message Delivery click on the box and scroll down to which ever type

you wish - in your case " no email " .

I use this a lot, and just go to the site to read any mail. Esp when

there are a lot of virus going around, or if I am way for for a few

days.

Hope this helps
