Question for everyone on t3

I have been feeling great on 75 mcg t3.

Taken 25,25,25

I couldnt sleep, so I omitted the last dose. The last several days taking some

new 37.5 strenghth pills.

I have been taking just 2 doses, but the same over all 75 mcg a day.

Taken 37.5, 37.5

Problem; Now Im freezing! The pharmacy said many people take t3 only once or

twice a day...so any ideas as to why I am so cold and swollen headache on

37.5, 37.5...as oppposed to 25,25,25 ?

Id like to hear from others as to how many times a day you take it? Maybe the

body just doesnt like the change, and will adjust?Im thinking of trying 37.5,

25, 12.5 today.
