High morning BP and shakey

I have been taking 30mcg (10,10, 5,5) isocort and 40 (10,10,10,10) cytomel for 4

weeks, last dose at bedtime. The last 3 mornings I wake up feeling awful,

shakey.

My BP is 142/88, pulse 84 in the morning. I don't start feeling better until

after my 2nd dose at noon, then my pulse is back down to 118/77 83.

My body temp is fairly stable around 97.6. I'm not sure what to do.

Help!
