Guest guest
((((Celeste)))) I'm sorry you're feeling so low these days. I hope you find some light soon. Honestly I ended up being put on anti-depressants and that helped a lot early on. My 3-D support group and being able to share with others who were experiencing the same issues helped me a lot since I just never felt like, no matter how much they tried, my family really understood the changes I was going through. Take Pictures of your progress. I have never, even now, felt like anything more (or less depending on how you look at it) than the old fat Toi. The mirror tells me I am still the same 308 pound woman, and only photographs let me see the real changes. Its through the photo journal my dh has kept that I really see the changes. Try to keep it real hon, and take pride in the progress you have made. Toi
