Guest guest
I have been hearing from more and more people in the general public, potential clients, etc., that they are gluten intolerant. I also have a chiropractor friend who raves about how bad gluten and dairy are (for everybody, not just those with sensitivities) but has yet to show me the research or data she refers to. I'm not sure I'm up to date on where all this is coming from. My questions are: 1. Are you hearing/seeing the same thing? 2. Is there any legitimate research or data that supports this, or is it just a new fad? 3. How are you replying and responding to these types of statements and assumptions and generalizations by your clients/patients? Thanks in advance!
