Its now almost 4 am, and I just got up!!!!!! so, that should tell ya that I went to bed pretty darn early! I woke up when Gene and the girls got home......and Gene tried to take a bath, and something was going on with Crystal and oh boy was he cussing! at the same time, the phone rang.....Sami started hollering....... lol.....and I just went back to sleep! hehehehe. right now, I'm listening to Sami's puppy whimper outside.....and my kitten is missing! Princess is sleeping in her normal spot...but mine isn't! Oh well. If I ever find something that helps me sleep.....I'll immediately let you know what it is! As for Elavil......stay away from it! From what you just said.....although I know we all react differently to meds......but I'm betting that you will have the same reaction to Elavil as I did........The terrible nightmares. And I mean TERRIBLE! Talk to ya later....... Tonia -- Re: Cass/Ambien I have the same problems meds that work for sleepingfor others dont work for me.. any drug that as adrowsniss side effect thats the only one i dont get..But ambien worked for me i got tsleep straight thru asolid 6 hrs some times.. cause even as a child i wasntable to sleep at night it just the way i am i cantsleep... I have been on remeron for bi-polar.. didnthelp but i told them it wouldnt i dont believe a pillcan make me unsad cause it cant take away the memoriesthat make me sad or the situation i was in.. now itsdifferent but i cant even try them cause dr wont letme.. Now i never sleep sound i am up every 10-15 minsits sucks so bad.. I am always tired. If i let naturetakes it course i would never sleep be mad or deadcause of lack of oxygen.. I can take pm stuff once ina while but not to often cause i will build up aresistant to them very quickly..which is why i cantfind meds that work cause i build up a resistent tomost drugs.. its sucks. But with ambien i was on 1pill for a month built up a resistant and theyincreased it to 2 .. evenetually i stop taking itcause my mom didnt liek what it did to me.. i recon iwasnt all that normal on it...lol yeah i understandabout over medication on the over the counter stuffcause for like lets say tylenol pm i have to take acouple more than perscribe but i dont take it all thatofter only when i have been up for days.
