You can make it up and keep it in the fridge for six to eight weeks..........I have also found Apricot Nectar in small cans here.

I know that most of the marinade goes down the drain when you grill.......any idea how many points it adds to marinade in this? It can't soak up that much!

I don't add any points / calories if I don't put oil in. If it does

have oil or something else I know I have to count, I try to estimate

how much is still left on my meat. Usually, like a teaspoon. I

don't eat that much meat, though, that's been in oil. I do marinate

mushrooms though and that's what I do.
