Oh, it is not my first time at WW...I have lost count..but I have lost 31 pounds on my own and now I need to come back to what I know what works as I have plateued SP for about 3 months..I feel myself ready to say...well you know what I am ready to say... SO I recognized my resolve weakening and I ran to WW ONLINE>...I have a young child and no one to watch her the nights my husband works late so meetings never really worked that well. I have a question: I know the requirements...like water, etc...but can not find any break downs...on what counts.. I know I do not have to count all 6 glasses as water, but what else can I include..I have been over the site and do not see it. In the info I have it says you you can have 3 of the 6 glasses of water as juice, milk, decafrnated beverages or other beverages that don't contain alcohol.
