Guest guest Posted January 2, 2001 Report Share Posted January 2, 2001 Breakfast: 1 mug of REAL coffee with heavy cream and 2 packets of Splenda 20 oz water Lunch: 4 oz (LOL) of cheese cubes (I hate cheese - but it worked for me today) 1 whole package (another lol) of deli-selects oven roasted beef 20 oz water Dinner: Cream of spinach/turkey soup made with cream cheese and heavy cream 20 oz water Dessert: 20 oz water Bedtime snack: 20 oz water I only will make 100 oz today of water, rather than my pledged 120. But the way I figure, it's 100 oz more than I've been drinking! Also too much dairy today for me, but it did stave off those nasty carbs.
