Hi Sue !

I am so tired of " party-ing " . Too much restaurant food -

SALT...................yuck !!!

Our last party was today and the hostess served Lasagna and salad and

applesauce. I brought leftover chicken and spinach!!! She

understood....................and three people tonight vowed to start Atkins

this week. I also went cross country skiing today.

can't wait to get walking and lifting weights again.

two weeks off ....... and i can really feel the difference.

I should get out and walk today. The last day as I go back to work

tomorrow. They are working on our school so I hope they get the mould out .

I have the smell in my class room too.

When you think of it Di you are maintaining so how many others on here can

say that. 5 pounds is not much over your goal weight.

Keep it up girl.

regarding exercise points......... feel free to report both weeks,

if you can remember.

The temps are going up to the high 30's here thisafternoon, so I

am going to try for a 4 mile walk,

I have only been doing 2 miles because I get so cold.

Perhaps I should try Mall Walking early in the morning.

When I checked in last week on Saturday, I did send in my exercise points...do you have a record of that...this ole mind is all constipated LOL...and I am sitting here trying to convince myself I need to get in Tae Bo before making lunch....already did my walking though.
