Guest guest Posted December 31, 2000 Report Share Posted December 31, 2000 flax seed is the best source of Omeag 3 oils. these are called essential oils because we need them in our diet and our bodies cannot make them . they have been removed from the food we eat because they spoil easily and to prolong shelf life they take them out of our foods.. hence many modern day diseases and illnesses are caused by deficiencies in Omega 3 oils.. flax seed is the easiest way to get it back in our diets. recommended one TBSP per day.. just about every health and nutrition book i have read recommends taking flax seed oil.. anyone wanting further info can contact me so i dont bore the list catherine Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
